Your Hydraroller is a life-long companion. Follow the simple maintenance steps and foam rolling guides below and your Hydraroller will keep you feeling good in the years to come.


Before initial use, hand-wash your bottle and lid with hot, soapy water. Rinse your Hydraroller as well as the cap, and then you're ready to roll.

Donts

  • Wash your bottle and lid frequently - the wide mouth makes it super easy. Your lid can go through the dishwasher (don't put the bottle in the dishwasher)

  • We recommend a solution of diluted vinegar or water with a bit of baking soda as an eco-friendly cleaning solution

  • Fill your Hydraroller with hot/warm(not boiling) water to keep you warm on colder nights. (Use CAUTION when filling your Hydraroller with hot water as it is single walled so you can feel the heat!)

  • Don't put your Hydraroller through the dishwasher, in the freezer, or microwave

  • Don't use bleach or chlorine to clean your Hydraroller - those chemicals will ruin and rust stainless steel, therefore you shouldn't use on our products

  • Don't put your Hydraroller on the stove

Warranty

As this is a wear and tear item Hydraroller offers a limited month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase on all hydrarollers bottles products purchased from hydrarollersa.co.za and authorized retailers with proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear.This means that the warranty does not cover cosmetic wear that does not affect the safety or function of your product. In our opinion, a little scratch or knick here and there is nothing more than bragging rights that you've been having some fun with your gear. But if the steel bottle cracks or breaks or you have something that is broken, email us at admin@hydrarollersa.co.za so we can get you rolling again!

Hydraroller SA will review all cases and in the event that hydrarollersa deems a replacement is necessary, we will replace the product with the same style and size. If that product is not available, the closest style will be sent as a replacement

HYDRAROLLERSA's 6 months limited warranty does not cover any issues due to improper use, normal wear, and tear, or loss/theft of the bottle
